The company
Nature Meet is a platform and community of like-minded people for regional nature trips. You can join groups for forest hikes, nature reserve visits, abandoned places discovery, and other wildlife experiences. Their mission is to engage people with nature, bring like-minded people together and thus strengthen the coalition for conserving wildlife and protected habitats.
The challenge
Nature Meet required an Airbnb experience clone with a simple and user-friendly interface. The ambitious goal was to create the platform within eight weeks. The overall design needed to be revised, and the core functionality scalable. In the long run, the codeshift team will implement new features on top of the current version.
The solution
We worked with a designer of our network, a team of four developers, and one engineering lead to create a seamless desktop and mobile experience. To create a platform that could be easily scaled and managed, we chose to work with Strapi as our Headless CMS and Stripe as payment integration. Stripe allowed us to quickly and efficiently create APIs, making it easy to keep content updated. As a result, new events can be added within seconds. The payment integration was built with Stripe, which offers a variety of features, easy handling, and is very flexible. In addition, working with a lean approach allowed us to complete the project quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality or functionality.
